LA Street Food Fest!

Summer is an amazing time of year for Food Perverts.  There are so many food festivals happening!  I recently attended The LA Street Food Fest!  This is an awesome event with tons of food trucks and restaurants serving up their best of the best.   So many things to try!  Food festivals can actually be pretty overwhelming for me.  I love being surrounded by food (duh), but when there are so many options it’s hard to know where to start!  I usually do a lap and make mental notes of what items really stand out in my mind, eat those first, then see what I feel like doing after the important samples have been tested.  It’s a pretty good strategy.  The only true obstacle that presents itself in summer, is the HEAT.  It was so hot at the LA Street Food Fest that the idea of shoving hot food into my mouth was almost unimaginable.  A horrible thought for a food perv to have!  I did my best by just taking one little bite at a time and drinking plenty of water after each bite!

Here are some photos of my findings!  Enjoy!
